Make quick and easy repeat purchases using Gopher Shopping Lists
Gopher’s ‘shopping list’ is a convenient, quick and easy way to store (or list) details of all your regular and repeat product purchases. By loading this list directly into the checkout you can shorten the purchasing process to just a few clicks!
You can create a new shopping list afresh or copy an existing list, and add and delete products as necessary. You can create as many shopping lists as you require and list as many products on them as you wish.
Products can be added to a shopping list where you see this ‘add to list’ icon. This icon appears in all parts of the Gopher Supplies site where products are featured.

Creating a shopping list
In order to create the shopping list, you need to sign in to Gopher Supplies. Then you can either:
from the home page click on the Shopping Lists box beneath the basket
click on the Shopping Lists button on the bar to the right of the basket from anywhere on the site
go to My Account and click on the Shopping Lists button as below:
Create the base list (to which you will subsequently add products) by choosing new and typing in a name for the list. For example, you may have different lists to cover different areas of your building or to reflect different ordering frequencies.
Adding to a shopping list
Once you have created the base shopping list, you must then add your chosen products to it. In order to do this, you must return to the products area of the site via the product browse or seach) where your chosen product is located (via the product browse or search).
Once you have found your chosen product, you can add a product to your shopping list by clicking on the add to list button, which will appear as follows depending on the product display you are in:
When you click on this button, you will be able to assign your chosen product to one of the shopping lists you have already created, from the drop down. Note only shopping lists for the account for whom you are currently signed in will show on the drop down list.
Viewing a shopping list
You can view the contents of your shopping list at any time in three places:
Note that only shopping lists for the address for which you are currently signed in will show on this list. Click on View to see a full list of products.
If you want to see all of the shopping list you have established for all of the addresses that you have created, you should choose to view shopping lists from within My Account.
Amending a shopping list
You can amend an existing shopping list at any time by either adding or deleting products from the list:In order to add a product to a shopping list, select the product to you wish to add and click on the ‘add to list’ button.
When you click on either of these buttons, you will be able to assign your chosen product to one of the shopping lists that you have already created.
In order to delete a product from shopping list, show the full list in a view display (see Viewing a shopping list for further details) and click on X to remove any products from the list.
Note that you can only remove one product at a time using the above method. To delete all products from a long shopping list, we suggest that you first delete (see deleting a shopping list) the entire shopping list and recreate with a new set of products if required.
Copying a shopping list
If you want to quickly create a new shopping list, in which some of the products are already shown in another list, you can use the copy list function. For example, you may have created addresses for each of your branches but you want to use the same shopping list.
Go to your Shopping Lists and in the box on the right hand side choose the list that you want to copy. Type in a new name so that you can distinguish it from the oniginal list and Create List.
Gopher Tip! Note that:
a new shopping list will be assigned to the address currently selected
you can copy any shopping list so that it can be used by another address.
Deleting a shopping list
Go to your Shopping Lists and from the box containing the Existing Lists decide which list you would like to delete and choose 'Delete List'.
Be careful when you use the Delete List button as you cannot recover a shopping list once deleted.
Quick purchase using a shopping list
You can load a shopping list directly into the checkout, and within a few clicks will have completed your purchase.
Go to your Shopping Lists and view the list you want then select Add All to Basket. This will put all the contents of that list straight into your basket.
You can then choose to go to Checkout or to continue shopping. If you Return to Main Page you will go back to your Shopping Lists.
While it is possible to add special products to a shopping list, these products will always be shown at their usual price, not at the promotional price or promotional quantity.
Nevertheless, any product purchased from a shopping list will be sold at the promotional price for the period that any special offer or promotion applies.
